THE UNDERGROUND MUSIC OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA

The Underground Music of Southwest Florida documents the bands, venues, organizers, and conditions that created and sustain a scene of garage and DIY punk, metal, and related genres. It brings to the surface the collective effort of locals who make and record their own music, and invite musicians from all over to perform alongside them in living rooms, strip malls, churches, and any other space they can find.
